Does the platform support API?

Certainly, it is possible to integrate NVADR with your application using our Public API. The Public API is an interface provided to clients by the platform owner for application programming. It enables the transfer of specific information from one interface to another.

How to generate an API?

  • Go to "Integrations & API" under “Settings” tab.
  • Scroll down to the “Public API” section.
  • To generate an API key, click on the "Generate" button.
  • You will be notified with an "API key generated" message.
  • You can copy the key displayed for the further integration process.

Note: A single API key is allotted to an organization, which can be shared among various users belonging to the same organization.

Can I generate the API multiple times?

Yes, you can re-generate the API keys.

  • Go to “Integrations & API” under Settings tab.
  • Scroll down to the “Public API” section.
  • Click on the “Regenerate” button to update the existing API key.
  • User can also delete the existing API key and generate a new key.

Can the information extracted using the API be edited?

No, the public API generated from NVADR only GET access, i.e., you can only view information.
